Accreditation Process

Important Dates:

Currently all countries should be in- putting athlete and official data into the Games Database.  You can access this from your own website or from the box provided under games entry on this website.  Just enter your username and password.

PGAs are reminded that the Entries Deadline of May 27 is beginning to close in, so please start getting those entries in. 

Late entries will not be accepted so do not wait until the last minute to complete this critical task.  We will send another reminder in May.  Contact us if you are having difficulty with the process.

Technical Officials:

A reminder that April 25 is the deadline for PGAs to nominate applicants for Technical Officials vacancies.

Media Accreditation

All applications for media accreditation close on the 18/7/07.

Broadcasting

All applications for the broadcasting accreditation, rights holders and non-rights holders, should be directed to host broadcast production manager Katie Frawley.

SPG Participating Countries Radio, Print and Photojournalists

 Please contact your PGA and complete the application
 Success of application will be subject to PGA’s approval
 NOC will then channel the application through SPGOC.
 Cut off date for applications is July 18th, 2007.
 Accreditation will be issued upon arrival at the ground floor of the Government Building, Apia.

Non-aligned Countries (Australia/ NZ etc.) Radio, Print and Photojournalists

 Please forward your details to the Communications Coordinator, Chris Peteru for vetting and approval.

 Samoan media accreditation for the South Pacific Games for local Samoan radio and print journalists has to be channeled through SASNOC.
